  • Printing:

    After sending final approval of the design to Design Dhaka Marketing Group to print, the order can not be cancelled.

  • There will not be any charge back after the design is fully developed.

  • At any stage of design development before final approval the client decides to cancel the printing job, the balance amount will be refunded after deducting the charge of hours, already worked in the design development.

  • The total design hours and hourly rate will be specified in the invoice to the client. After placing the order if the client wants to cancel the project he or she must inform Design Dhaka Marketing Group by e-mail within 24 hrs of placing order.

  • Design Dhaka Marketing Group will issue company check for refund. Processing time will be 2-4 weeks.

  • If the client cancels the project after 24 hrs, the amount of hours spent for development of design will be charged  based on time spent. No charge back will be allowed.

    Shipping:

  • All free shipping will UPS ground shipping. A tracking number will be given to the
    client after the shipment leaves warehouse.
  • Time will be specified after the printing order is placed to the production.
  • In case of expedite shipping, an extra charge will be incurred.


    Design Process

  • Step:1
    We are going to develop the design for the web site first. After the final approval of
    color theme, layout and design theme, we are going to develop the marketing
    materials and send to the production. We will follow the same design process in order to develop the brand identity. So it is important to choose and finalize the design layout and color theme before proceeding further. Once the design is developed the design layout cannot be changed. If the client wants to have new design to develop, a design charge will be imposed on hourly basis.

  • Step:2
    Start completing and hosting site. If package contains site-map XML and/or ROR file(s), will be developed at this stage.

  • Step:3
    We complete search engine optimization and submission.


    Deliverables:


  • After the initial layout is done and finalized, the client has to send all pictures and content via e-mail. Without the deliverables the project cannot enter into the next stage.
  • It is suggested that when we start the initial design the client must start working on developing content. So when the development of initial design is done the content will be ready.  See content development guide.
  • If the required items are not delivered on time, project can not be completed in specified time. Design Dhaka Marketing group will not be held responsible for the delay of the project.
  • Developing content by us will cost extra.

    Revision:

  • The client can revise 3 times each side of the marketing materials.
    So It is suggested after the initial design is developed the client reviews it and
    send us a list for revision via e-mail.
  • If client gets flash product gallery, he or she has to deliver all the pictures via e-mail.
  • Other pictures to be inserted into the other pages of the site should be delivered at the same time and the client has to specify clearly the pages.
  • The client can change pictures, content and other minor elements 3 time each page.
  • So after the initial design is developed the client should check the design very carefully and send us the list of elements to be changed.
  • The client has to send us all the contents of each page via e-mail.
  • Extra revision will incur additional charge.

    Proof reading:

  • Client will be responsible for the content, spelling, grammar and other matters of the project. After design is finalized, a proof will be sent to the client via e-mail.

  • The client needs to give final approval of all contents, address, phone & fax numbers in the proof.

  • Design Dhaka Marketing Group will not be responsible
    for any spelling, grammar, punctuation errors found after the printing is done.

  • As a result Design Dhaka Marketing Group will not reprint the materials.
    If needed to be reprint, client must pay a discounted fee.

    Flash Development:

  • After the development of initial design the client has to check everything in detail
    and send us a list of elements to be revised . The client can revise 4 times in total.

    Minor picture fixing:

  • Minor picture fixing and cropping will be done at no extra charge.
    When the client sends the picture we will tell whether the picture needs major
    or minor fixing.

    Pictures for printing:

  • All pictures should be scanned in 300 dpi. If the pictures are digitally taken and in
    digital camera just send it to us. No need to fix the resolution.


    Logo development:

  • 3 samples of logo will be submitted. The client has to specify the color choice.
    Such as lighter color, pastel color, darker color before we start the logo.

  • 10 Font choices will be given to the client to choose from.

  • Once logo is developed and client wants to redesign logo with different concept,
    will incur charge on hourly basis.

  • To save our time and your money it is suggested to make a plan of your requirements and check list before starting the design since logo design is very time consuming. If the client has sample or can show us how he or she wants the logo to be, we will be able to get better idea to start.

                                                                                                                                  
    Project delay:

  • If the project is delayed during UPS loss or sickness or emergency or natural disaster or machine problem, a 10% discount of total price will be given. A check of 10% discount will be issued to the clients.

                                                                                                                                
    Defect printing:

  • In any case if the paper quality is not right as specified in the orders or defect in print quality, sample of defective copies must be sent back.

  • Design Dhaka Marketing Group will reprint defective copies at no extra cost including shipping & handling. No refund will be given. Reprint and mailing time will be 3-4 weeks.
